In this program, we will explore 15 - short practices that can be practiced individually, or in a sequence depending on what your intentions are. Explore 5 to 75 minutes of yoga per day for a happier, more fulfilling sex life!

Yoga Therapy for Sexual Wellness may not be so different in form from other therapeutic yoga classes or practices you have done. With the main difference being where you place your attention while you're practicing. Here are some comments from my students:

I am a mother, a lover, a yoga therapist, a lifelong erotic adventurer, a certified wheel of consent facilitator, a past president of the SSEA, and part of the founding faculty of the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. I live on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish First Nations peoples, colonially known as Victoria BC. I am passionate about creating safe enough spaces for folks to have conversations with their bodies about pleasure and offering practical tools for negotiating consent from this empowered place. I have a dream, that the healing work we are doing here and now in our bodies, we can send down into the earth to the ancestors of this land, and we can send forward to future generations in peace and reconciliation. Can I take this course if I have limited movement in my body?
YES! Please modify all the movements I am offering to suit your ability. Movements can be practiced on the floor or in a chair, or in your imagination! Do what feels right for you! Also, neuroscience has shown us that imagining the movements can create new neural pathways in the brain. You will grow and expand your sensual movement and erotic repertoire.
Can I take this course if I'm single, not having sex, don't want a partner?
Absolutely! Sexual wellness is for everyone who is curious, regardless of your relationship status! I believe that our sexual energy is our creative energy, and WE get to decide how we want to play with it! The more access you have to your own creative energy, the better you will be able to share it with someone else in the future if you so desire. Or. you may also choose to express your creative energy in many different ways! Art, music, dance, growing things, making things, being a human walking around in a turned on body to bring more creative energy into ALL your interactions.
